Life Coaching – The Hard Road
Life Coaching – The Hard Road
People who take the hard road understand these 12 points:
1. You learn more about yourself and your process as a whole.
2. You become a better person for doing it.
3. You learn how to service many situations, not just a couple.
4. You learn how to troubleshoot many times over.
5. You become more efficient in understanding things.
6. You learn to give your best for the long haul, not short term.
7. You understand the importance of sacrifice to acquire things.
8. You believe that the hard road can give more than a short easy path.
9. You understand that things that worthwhile things take a lot of time to put together, are more often than not are the ones that teach you the most about life and yourself.
10. You understand that things that come easy, sometimes go just as easy.
11. You understand that the long hard road has many successes and failures, which gives you infinite character and wisdom.
12. You plain and simple – become a better person for slogging it out and making a real go of it.
It’s easy to quit on things when they get hard. It’s just as easy to persist, after you have practiced it for a while. When you are working toward something, when it gets hard, get tough and make it work for you. If you fail, great, learn as much as you can from that failure. If you lose the plot, great, learn about the emotions and thoughts relating to it. If you succeed, after going through lots of ups and downs with your process, you will feel so much stronger than if you were to just have the straight path.
